Guest Fees:
A $14 per person guest fee for players aged 18+ is charged for non-members when playing with a club member. Guest fee for players younger than 18 is $5 per person.

Court Cancelations:
More than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund in Great Bay Dollars. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will receive no refunds or credit. Please email Evan, the Club Manager, Manager@gbacnh.com with your cancellation and refund request.

Inclement Weather Cancelations:
If the club closes due to bad weather, all booked courts will receive a FULL refund in Great Bay Dollars, our “in-house” credit.
Members cancelling due to bad weather (not comfortable driving) will receive a FULL refund in Great Bay Dollars. Contract courts will have play dates extended accordingly – no refunds or credits will be given. Members, please cancel one hour or more prior to booked court time to qualify for refund or extensions.
